yourpokemonguru said:I have a cute story! So when I was 6 my uncle bought a brand new yellow volkswagen beetle and he asked if I wanted to name it. It was the beginning of my love of pokemon so of course I told him to name it pikachu! He liked how his car looked so much like pikachu that he decided to change the license plate to "pekacu" (the closest he could get lol) and spruced it up with the gold pikachu and pokeball I got from BK! 10 years later he ended up giving me pikachu as a birthday present! OMG REALLY?! HOW AWESOME IS THAT! do you have pictures of the car? :o
YES YES YES YES YES!!! I’m sorry but the more we make the government do it the less option we have to make our own decisions with our own money, INCLUDING giving to those in need! Not to mention, we can then choose for ourselves which of those in need we want to help. Maybe you’re passionate about kiva loans in Africa, or helping abused animals or giving to your local run down orphanage or soup shelter. More money in our hands means more ability to make our own good decisions that we can agree with because we are doing it directly.
